The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful during our stay.
I was deeply unsettled by the overall state of the area surrounding the hotel. We encountered numerous homeless individuals and felt unsafe walking in the neighborhood. Additionally, the room cleanliness was below standard with visible dirt and debris on the floors, which contributed to an uncomfortable experience.

Convenient location with a grocery store nearby and nice room amenities like a coffee machine made the stay pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, a few hiccups included the absence of a keycard system, a lack of a hair dryer, and only a shower instead of a bathtub as described.

Not ideal for peace seekers
The beds were pretty comfortable and the accommodations were what you would expect in a 2-star room. The staff was friendly, especially the day shift woman who knew the rules about service animals!
It wasn’t inexpensive, definitely on the pricier side, but still acceptable.

The staff were very helpful in answering questions about the city. The location is within walking distance of Little Italy and just a short bus ride to downtown.

The room was just fine with comfy beds and surprisingly tasty food at the bar/grill. Cleanliness was adequate, at least in my experience. A solid choice for a quick stay if you’re not too picky!
However, I did feel like I was in a reality show with the overall vibe of the place—think ‘Hotel Hilariously Sketchy. ’ And finding a used razor in the shower was a definite surprise, but not the good kind!

i almost thought about giving this place a decent review, but wow, where to start? being shaken awake by nightclub bass until 2AM was just a delightful touch. not to mention the amazing view of used crack pipes—such an exclusive decor choice! i can't believe they didn’t offer me an upgrade after that experience. what a shocker.

I really enjoyed my stay. the cozy lounge area was perfect for unwinding with a book, and the games room was a lot of fun! There’s also live music on weekends, which gave the place a nice vibe. The only downside was that my room didn’t have a hair dryer, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

Great location & comfy vibes!
Stayed for a night and loved how close it was to my event. The room was cozy with everything I needed. The live music at the bar was a cool touch, and they even offered ear plugs just in case! My one issue was the noise from outside, so maybe think twice if you're a light sleeper.

Just an appropriate option for a date night in Vancouver with excellent value for money. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, which made our stay more enjoyable. Be cautious about the noise if you're planning to stay on the weekends, as it can get loud.
